  • *I am currently working in the film industry* (*if you work in TV as well, you need to predominantly be working in film) and have done so for more than 2 years.
  • I am employed in the film industry on a permanent contract or on a series of renewable contracts with one employer lasting more than 364 days; OR I am a freelancer who is either: a) working in film industry on a fixed term contract of not more than 364 days; or b) currently in employment in the film industry, but can prove I have been given a date for termination of employment and will become a freelancer; or c) unemployed but have worked professionally in the film industry within the past 2 years.
