Two Schools in Nablus >>

VET delivered the complete post production for ‘Two Schools in Nablus' and were proud to see the documentary win Best Film in the Education Welfare Category at the prestigious Japan Prize 2008.

The Flashback Television production for Teachers’ TV and Al Jazeera follows two schools in the West Bank over one month; the King Talal Boys' School and Hajja Rushda Girls' School. The documentaries give us a unique and very personal insight into the pressures of life in Palestine under Israeli occupation.

VET finished the picture in SD on Avid Symphony Nitris and mixed the sound in Avid Protools to provide broadcast deliverables for all six programmes and the feature specials . We are happy that this has gained international acclaim, not just to commend the quality of programme and those who worked on it, but as recognition for these two schools.
